THE CONCEPT OF STUDIO 315

We believe that architecture subtly influences human interactions, while reflecting the cultural spirit of its time.

From the outset, our goal was to create a workspace that would both accommodate the entire NRA team and reflect our vision of a professional environment we genuinely enjoy – a place where we spend most of our time.

A glossy, “corporate glamour” space was never an option. It simply doesn’t align with our philosophy of how environments should feel. While not every space needs to evoke emotion, we believe in designing places that resonate with people and leave a lasting impression.

Located in the self‑declared “Republic of Zabjelo” district, our studio combines a narratively designed interior with a spacious terrace. That terrace – a long‑held vision – has become a rooftop garden: a green sanctuary in the city’s vibrant core, offering room for relaxation, reflection, sunbathing, stargazing, and quiet moments of meditation.

Today, Studio 315 is more than a workspace – it’s a place where ideas are born, shared, and brought to life.

It inspires, nurtures, hosts, and supports individuals in their creative pursuits, while embodying the collective spirit of our close‑knit community.

Studio 315 has grown beyond its original purpose. It now carries a unique allure that draws the entire NRA team back to its core. Here we shape our culture, develop projects, tackle challenges, celebrate achievements, and create content with dedication and joy. Over time, it has also become a gathering place – a setting where we host events that bring people together, strengthen connections, and celebrate creativity.

We are deeply proud of this project. If architecture can shape human behavior, then this space stands as proof of our community’s ability to foster inclusion, collaboration, and creativity.

NRA Begins
In the initial stages of the NRA's establishment in 2016, our modest office setup consisted of a compact bedroom, a computer with relatively limited hardware capabilities, and two canine companions cuddling on the bed. Yes, it was a home office.
Flat Office
In 2019, we leased a one‑bedroom apartment in City Kvart, a lively new district of the capital. We quickly turned it into our first office: the living room became a workspace where our architects sat in two tight rows, while the bedroom doubled as the director’s office and a “conference room” with space for just three and a half seats.
Office Pranks
During our time in that modest flat‑turned‑office, the NRA team shared countless laughs — from basketball games and Jenga battles to pranks that kept spirits high. Those moments built camaraderie, even as the cramped space eventually proved too small for us to stay.
Studio 315
The NRA team moved into the new place on January 9, 2023, and thus began the story of Studio 315.
