The location amongst densely packed buildings presented a design challenge: to both integrate and highlight its distinctive architecture. The selection of facade materials proved advantageous in mitigating visual dominance. Earthy and white tones were chosen to harmonize with the surroundings, while the top floor's Fundermax panels create a pleasing contrast against the sky. This approach ensures the building blends seamlessly into its context, even from an aerial perspective.

Contemporary architecture is characterized by its use of a limited range of materials and minimalist forms. The blend of contemporary and traditional styles is especially noticeable at the entrance, where stone plates, arranged in a „suvomeđa“ pattern with visible grout, create a Mediterranean atmosphere.
The inscription of „suvomeđa“ on UNESCO's intangible heritage list, coupled with its centuries-long tradition in Montenegro, makes its integration into the building's design a fitting tribute to the heritage of the local builders.
Careful consideration was given to the development of the building's landscaping. A green buffer zone was incorporated to gently separate the private backyards from the communal areas. The communal areas include a two-level swimming pool suitable for both children and adults. The surrounding area is designed to evoke a tropical, Mediterranean atmosphere, aiming to create a feeling of intimacy and warmth.
