The NRA'S Senior Architects

Our Senior Architects lead the design process for diverse project types, encompassing conceptual, schematic, and developed design stages, potentially including the design supervision and monitoring.
Senior Architects prepare conceptual and schematic designs, individually or colaboratively depending on project scope, for submission to the statutory authorities, and lead or contribute to developed designs.
You will participate in new building projects and those involving extensions, alterations, reconstructions, upgrades, and restorations, contributing from initial design stages through completion. The objective is to fulfill client needs while creating sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Job responsibilities

If you are hired, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing projects from inception to completion to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional designs;
  • Reviewing project briefs to understand client needs and preparing feasibility reports and design proposals;
  • Developing design concepts that consider clients needs, building usage, and environmental impact;
  • Creating detailed blueprints and making any necessary revisions;
  • Compiling comprehensive project specifications;
  • Adhering to established budgets and timelines;
  • Ensuring that all work conforms to relevant standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations;
  • Collaborating and communicating effectively with other engineering disciplines and construction professionals;
  • Staying current with architectural trends and advancements.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university;
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience;
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating artistic skills;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building materials, construction specifications, and applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards;
  • Operational expertise across all phases of developed design;
  • Proficiency in the following software (required): Graphisoft ArchiCAD, AutoCAD,
  • Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Proficiency in the following software (preffered): Autodesk 3Ds Max, Rhino, and Grasshopper;
  • Fluency in writen and spoken English, including technical terminology;
  • Fluency in additional languages is desireable;
  • Keen visual awareness and attention to detail;
  • Effective communication and project management skills;
  • Collaborative spirit, ambition, and adaptability within a team environment;
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
