La Petite Maison, despite its name, is quite substantial. It embodies the ambition of comprehensive domestic luxury, functioning more as a private hotel than a simple residence. Beyond standard amenities, the villa features a wine cellar, private gym, and sauna. The architecture prioritizes simplicity, aiming to create a self-contained structure that harmoniously integrates with its exceptional natural and architectural context. The facade utilizes an off-white silicate render, complemented by locally sourced stone, with occasional exceptions such as the weathering steel used to accentuate the entrance. The structure is understated yet exudes elegance and reflects the discerning lifestyle of its occupants. An outdoor lounge with a private pool offers an opportunity for relaxation and enjoyment of breathtaking Adriatic views.
